It was my first day working on the Montoya property. I had told my aunt how everything had gone. She was worried about the whole thing; I can't blame her, the way I explained it was a little too dramatic for her fragile heart. Apparently, one of the requirements of the contract was that I had to move permanently to the property while working there. They were considerate enough to include days off.
