"Don't greet me. Is this a rerun or what? I've been here for over half an hour," Jacob retorts.

"Cut the crap. I'm here for a serious talk." Rowán pulled out a chair and sat down.

"When have you never been serious?" Jacob frowned.

"Wait, are you serious about being angry?" Rowan asked, confused. Jacob wasn't the type to get offended easily.

"No, I'm not. I just want you to think I am," Jacob said, smiling.

"Stop playing games with me, man. I have a very serious m
