CHAPTER 557. FIGHT FOR YOU. A Desperate Man

Kyle knew exactly who he was. The guy with the bandage on his forehead, rat-like face, and the password to Adriana's apartment… Kyle was sure of who he was, and he was just as certain that this man didn’t have good intentions.

His phone kept dialing Adriana’s number over and over, but she wasn’t answering. His only hope was that she had gotten so drunk the previous night that she hadn’t even woken up yet.

"Tell me her car’s still in Brissago! For God’s sake, tell me her car’s still in Brissago!" Kyle exclaimed, turning to his uncle, who quickly typed on the tablet to pull up a different screen.

The blinking dot made the fighter’s heart pound harder than ever in his life, even more than before a cage fight, because the red dot representing Adriana’s car was moving down the road toward Lucerne.

"Damn it!" he shouted, trying to call her again, but there was no answer. "Her phone’s dead!"
