The resentment and inexplicable jealousy that Larissa felt earlier was quickly forgotten.

Larissa refocused her mindset. She was merely a tool hired by Kevan to appease his parents so that they would not continue pressuring him to get married. His past with other women didn't matter because it had nothing to do with her.

While feeling relieved, Violet also felt bad for Larissa.
