After Clara got her medicine at the hospital, Serenity took her to the mall. As they were on the way, Serenity told Clara she wanted to get Yanny some new toys and asked for her recommendations.

"Yanny has a lot of toys. Peter just gave him some new toys not long ago," Clara said.

"A kid will never get enough of toys," Serenity said, smiling. "By the way, let's get some winter clothes for Yanny later. The weather is getting cold. It's going to be winter soon."

Serenity and Clara went to the
