Pedro and I were playing with the building blocks he had gotten from Alessandro. He had grown very attached to this toy, but we were already ready, waiting for Mel and Nando to arrive so we could meet Mariana at the restaurant.

- Mommy, is Alessandro going to come play with me today? – my son asked as he stacked two blocks.

- No, my son, not today. Today we are going to have lunch with Auntie Mari because she is going to travel.

I heard the door open and my friends came in laughing. Pedro ran into Fernando's lap. We chatted a little there and then went to meet Mari. On the way, Nando and Pedro made plans to go to the mall in the afternoon.
