It had been six months since Stella Harper vanished from my life without a trace.
Exactly one hundred and eighty-two days, thirteen hours, twenty-five minutes and… three seconds.

I stood at the door of my house, staring at the clock Sophie had given me, lost in numbers that only reminded me of Stella.
