Coco chuckled, "Don’t you think it’s a shame if your beautiful eyes aren’t passed down to our daughter?"

"But I prefer looking into your eyes," Lucas replied.

A warm feeling filled Cocos' heart. Though she considered her own eyes rather ordinary, perhaps beauty really is in the eye of the beholder.

"If our daughter takes after me in everything, where do your genes come in?" Coco teased.

"Blood type. She has my blood type," Lucas answered.
