Serenity said, “Zachary got married pretty late compared to your brothers. Even so, he was thirty years old when he married me.”

River reached for his coffee and was about to take a sip when he noticed his niece’s gaze. She wanted to have a sip of his drink too.

“This drink is for adults, Lil’ Pie. You can’t have this. You and Heath can drink some juice instead.”
