After dinner with his family, Henri went to his room to lie down, but sleep simply wouldn't come. As perfect as the day had been, something inside him remained restless. Missing Catarina left him with the feeling that he was incomplete, as though a part of him had been left behind in the village.
“Does she miss me as much as I miss her?”
The question echoed through his mind as he tossed and turned, unable to find a comfortable position.
