Seeing how angry Jim was, Yvonne didn't dare to agitate him further.

She turned to Annie and apologized, "Ms. Long, I'm sorry about today."

Annie smiled. "It's fine. We can meet again another day."

"Okay," Yvonne responded, tugging on Jim's sleeves.

"Grandpa, let's go. I'll explain it to you in the car."

Jim got up without saying anything. He walked out of the room. Yvonne picked up her bag and quickly followed him.

In the car, Yvonne told Jim about how Mark had made Gwen work for Chuck.

Jim got angrier the more he heard. He said through gritted teeth, "That bastard is still as despicable as back then!"
