Enid stood up to get some fruits.
Seeing her niece getting along well with Alex, Enid felt even more hospitable toward him.

“Mr. York, have some fruit,” Enid said with a smile, urging Alex to eat.
“How is your injury, Mr. York? It shouldn’t be too serious anymore, right?” Enid asked concernedly.
Alex replied, “It’s much better, thanks to Dr. Jones using the good stuff on me. I’m recovering very well. The dressing was changed when I was discharged, and Dr. Jones said I could remove the gauze in a few days. I won’t need to keep it bandaged anymore.”
Sheila laughed, “How is that credit due to me?”
His injury had not been that serious to begin with. It was just a bit of a flesh wound.
