Sheila’s grandparents had retired, but they were skilled doctors and had previously been professors at a medical university. Therefore, they were hired by a hospital again and were able to continue contributing to the medical industry.

On the other hand, her parents did not work at a hospital in Wiltspoon, but at a larger hospital located elsewhere in Georgia. That was why they were rarely home.

Sheila had an elder brother, who worked at a hospital outside of the province. Similarly, he rarely returned home.

With her parents and brother absent, Marvin and Enid were her closest family members. Her third uncle and his wife were also busy. They did not even have time to care about their son’s studies.

Fortunately, the children of the Jones family were clever. They all performed well academically.

Terence also wanted to study medicine. He chose to study the sciences in high school in preparation for medical school.

Moments later, Marvin and Enid came upstairs for dinner.
