“It’s only eleven o’clock. It’s too early for lunch,” said Enid.
Marvin looked toward his wife. After getting glared at, he dared not ask Kent to stay for lunch anymore.
“Indeed, it’s still early. I usually have lunch after twelve. I’ll get going, then. The clinic can’t be closed all the time.”
“Okay. Go back and manage your clinic well. Don’t forget why you started learning medicine.”
