Lazy Noah had already fallen asleep again, Denise was sitting on the bedroom balcony, and I went to sit with her.
“What are you thinking about, Denise?” I asked because her eyes were fixed on the horizon.
“Nothing, you know?” She stood up and looked at the sea. “Do you believe in destiny, Aurora?”
Her question caught me off guard; I didn't know what to answer.
“I don't know!” I sat down. “I believe in God and that He has purposes for our lives, so I think some people call that destiny, right?”
