Gwynn looked relaxed. “I miss Lorian! When are you bringing him over? I don’t feel good, leaving him all alone in Silvercrest!”
Noah put a cigarette between his lips, but he didn’t light it up.
Brushing her neck tenderly, he smiled. “Gladys is there. So, what are you worried about? Anyway, he’s going to come here soon enough. Lorian will be here in a week, max. Then, our family will finally be reunited.”
He wanted to plant a kiss on her, but she ducked out of the way.
