My head hurts. I swear to Moon Goddess, it feels like my skull is crushed. I groan, reaching out to my head with my hands.
“ You woke up. ” Anne’s voice falls over my ears.
“ What — What are you doing in my room? ” I croak, keeping my eyes squeezed shut.
“ We are not at your house. ” Giana mutters from somewhere close.
I sense my eyebrows shooting up. It hurts to do it even unconsciously.
“ What does that — that mean? ” I sigh.
“ It means we have managed to run away. ” Giana chirps.
My eyes shoot open in horror. An unfamiliar white ceiling stares back at me. I blink a few times to get rid of the fog clouding my mind.
Sleep for a while. Giana’s voice whispers to me.
I jump up and look around hysterically.
“ WHAT THE FUCK?! ” I yell, regretting it right after a moment when my throat begins to hurt.
I take in the unfamiliar — spacious room. Everything is white and gold in here. I am sitting over a bed with all white sheets and golden covers for pillows. I glance at the huge glass
