"Argh!" Karum screamed pitifully when the sword pierced through his heart. His blood sprayed, and then he collapsed to the ground, dead.

Everyone gasped when they saw his ending, and a deep fear surged in their hearts. They were afraid they might end up the same way as Karum for attacking the Saint Lord. At that thought, their legs turned to jelly, and some of them even stumbled.

"Saint Lord, what should we do about the rest?" the Golden Lion Paladin asked courteously after sweeping his gaze across the room. Then he activated his saint energy which washed over everyone and caused them to panic even more.

Darryl did not reply. He simply swept his gaze across every one of them while keeping a calm expression on his face. Everyone, without exception, withered under his gaze. They could hear the loud thumping of their hearts, and a few of the more cowardly men fell to their knees as they begged for their lives.
