Just three days later, Tasha returned to the clinic. This time, she didn't even give Felix a day's notice, which was odd.
"Mrs. Sharpe, what's going on? Didn't you say no one would return until Mr. Wiley was cured?" Felix asked.
Tasha smiled bitterly and explained, "It's a friend of mine. He came back from a business trip and heard about you. He happened to have a backache that couldn't be cured. He wants to come by immediately, and I couldn't stop him."
After looking at Tasha's expression, Felix guessed, "He's your friend, but he's a powerful man, right?"
She nodded and said, "Yes, in fact, the reason why I'm able to run the company so smoothly over the years had a lot to do with this friend. He helped me a lot."
It was no wonder Tasha couldn't stop him.
Felix assured her, "Don't worry. I asked this because I'm a little curious. It's not because I'm afraid. As long as it's a patient, I'll treat him when he comes."
She felt relieved and replied, "Oh, I do hope you can cure him.
