"Top secret?" Jacob frowned, then turned to Scorpia and said, "It's not a big deal, really. I guess this Felix you're after has found himself a pretty solid backer here on Visiora."

Scorpia asked, "What do you mean?"

"There are fewer than ten people on all of Visiora whose information can be instantly marked as classified. I'm one of them, which means I have the authority to access it. So, it's nothing serious."
