Yakov sat anxiously back at headquarters, his mind reeling from stress. He had not imagined Felix was hiding such terrifying strength that even a Grandmaster had failed to stop him.
He knew immediately that this had gone beyond his authority, so Yakov nervously called someone clearly much higher up, judging by his cautious tone.
"Sir, Felix has already entered the underground fight club. He's even stronger than we expected—he's been hiding his true power."
There was a pause before a calm voice responded from the other side. "Interesting. Despite his strength, it seems he's smart enough not to oppose me openly. If he's letting the club continue operating for now, then his interests align with ours. Leave him alone."
Even though the voice was reassuring, Yakov gathered enough courage to ask carefully, "But sir, what if Felix changes his mind later and insists on shutting the place down?"
The response was calm and confident. "Then I'll simply remind him of his limits."
