I apologise for the silence. I was discharged yesterday evening. My migraines were a lot worse than I thought, along with other issues. I am currently resting, but I will update every day as always. I am on sick leave from work, so I have time on my hands to face this book. Melissa Blivenmigraines are the worst i suffer from them as well so i know how debilitating they can be...get rest and drink lots of fluids. cool cloth behind the head like the back of the neck helps with the feeling sick...i also bought a eye mask that i can put in the fridge to keep it cool...take care of you..
