Aside from Hugo leading the technicians, there was a four-star warrior who was in charge of security.

Seeing Charlie, Hugo hurried to him, greeting him nervously, "H-Hello, Mr. Wade! It seems we meet again!"

He was immediately thrilled and cordial, but also nervous since he didn't know who Charlie truly was when they first met. After Charlie had saved his life and revealed who he was, he was instantly respectful and reverent toward the other man.
