Robert NolanProbably have a contract or job requirement to produce 15 chapters a week. They have been doing that for the past 2 years at least. They don’t listen to us complain. As far as point - 11 minute increments, displaying the comments, then close and replay comments and restart timer - 3x=30 minutes.
