Before Christian could reply, Merlin exclaimed excitedly, “Great! I finally found a clue! I’ll have someone check the airport’s information and surveillance to see how Quinn was able to receive news in such a short time!”

Christian was startled. Slightly panicked, he urged, “Lammy, why don’t we stop here? Let’s not investigate any further.”

Merlin was astonished. “Why? This is the only clue we have right now. I think my judgment must be correct. Keith’s illness was too sudden, so Quinn couldn’t possibly remove traces in time. But if she was given enough time, I bet the mastermind hiding behind would act strategically. We won’t even be able to find this clue!”

He then asked, “Don’t you want to know how Quinn received news of Lord Acker’s illness?”

Christian said hurriedly, “Lammy, it doesn’t matter. Whatever method she used to get the news, she doesn’t pose any harm to us. She’s not an enemy, but a savior. If she didn’t travel to get here to save Father, Father would’ve died.”
