The damn phone won’t stop ringing, and I keep ignoring the calls, making it clear I’m not interested. Right now, I’m in no mood to deal with anyone. The view of the wooded path I’m driving through is swarming with those bloodsucking insects that have once again invaded my territory, and I refuse to let those damn starving parasites mock me.
When I arrive, I step out of the car, the stench of those leeches filling my nostrils and turning my stomach with its repulsiveness. But it’s a warning—it tells me they’re here.
