Larissa was a little confused by his stare. She could tell that he was angry, but she did not know what he was angry about.

Lucas was completely unaware of what was going on between the two, and he excitedly rushed to Kevan and stuck out his hand.

"Mr. Rogers! We meet again."

Kevan had to give him half of his attention, and he made a non-verbal sound of acknowledgment. However, he did not shake Lucas' hand, which caused his smile to freeze on his face and the light in his eyes to grow dull.
