Why the sudden visit?

Seeing Peach's unusual expression, Gale asked, "What's wrong? What's going on? You look like life has been drained from you."

"Mr. Carson is here..."

Gale perked up at once. "Sam? What a coincidence!"

She was just about to have a heart-to-heart with Peach. Since Peach did not like Fiona, why not try with someone she liked? Gale knew Peach liked Sam, and she would help her pursue him. Sam had even delivered himself to her door. That made things even easier.

Peach panicked. "Oh no, oh no. Why did Mr. Carson came without informing me? I'm not prepared! I haven't even put on makeup, I am dressed so casually. How can I meet him like this!"

Gale got up and pushed her into the rest area. "Go, do your makeup and change your clothes."

"But Mr. Carson..."

"I'll handle it for you!"

"No, Gale. If Mr. Wood finds out..."
