Kevin's face twitched as he realized his verbal slip. "You worthless piece of trash! If something like this happens again, you can forget about taking over my position!"

Quinton touched his burning cheek, his eyes filled with viciousness. He hid it well, though, replying obediently, "I've learned my lesson. I will definitely remember it."

Kevin grunted and asked, "How are the recent matters you've been handling going?"
