Deirdre had once thought about it, even cursed Brendan to disappear from this world. But now that they had reunited, that curse had instantly turned into pain and torture.

Wiping the sweat off her face, Deirdre stood up and put on a jacket. Just as she was about to leave, she heard Brendan speaking to Sam downstairs.
