Hearing her daughter’s scream, Sabrina started and turned to look back at Aino, “Where, baby?”
“Outside the window.” Aino pointed outside the window.
Sabrina looked in the direction of Aino’s finger. “Where? I don’t see anything.”
“Mommy, your eyesight is poor. You need to look past the road, behind that tree. See, there are two little black eyes there.” Aino’s gaze was still fixed far in the distance. She wasn’t afraid of the pair of eyes at all, because Aino could feel the warmth of its gaze.
