Queenie was confident when she asked Harvey to bring her message to Clara.

“As long as you do that, I have a way to be acquitted on all counts. When people see that, they will think that I’m innocent, and they won’t think that you’ve offended the Birch family. You can get back on track by then.”

Harvey was quite skeptical of Queenie's words as she was involved in a serious offense, but he could only believe her for now.
