Fred was only a five-year-old kid. He was still so young.

Looking at Serenity’s guilty face, Lisa knew what she was thinking about. “Well, it will be a good thing if we can prove Fred’s innocence. Don’t blame yourself. Haven't you been helping Fred to find evidence to prove his innocence? You should be happy now that you didn’t disappoint him.”

“Yeah, I’m happy for Fred. He’s probably innocent. He didn’t push Yanny to harm him,” Serenity mumbled.

The police’s test results were out very quickly. Yanny cooperated with the police, and they concluded that Yanny couldn’t hear it when the pellets were shot out. However, a child with sensitive ears could hear it.

According to the police, the pellet would have hit Yanny from the place where he stood. Fred had wanted to push Yanny to a safe place, but Yanny had subconsciously dodged, so it made him fall down the stairs in the end.

The test proved Fred’s innocence.

Yanny looked guilty. “I’m sorry, Aunt Serene. It’s my fault that I didn
