Hearing Zachary’s words, Alex finally breathed a sigh of relief.
He said, “I told you earlier it was nothing. You should go back. There’s no need to stay here to watch over me. My butler can handle it.”
Peter pointed out, “You said you were fine and didn’t need to be hospitalized. Now, you’re practically chomping at the bit to stay longer.”
Kevin laughed. “He won’t be discharged until he has stayed at least half a month. The injuries on his hands won’t heal that quickly, and it’ll take that amount of time, at least.”
Half a month would be plenty of time for Alex to thoroughly learn about Sheila.
Given the caliber of the York men, half a month would also be enough to leave a strong impression on Sheila.
Alex’s handsome face flushed slightly.
In front of his brothers, there was no point in hiding his thoughts, nor could he really conceal them.
“You guys should head back now.”
Alex urged his two brothers to go home.
He did not want them sticking around to watch his drama unfold.
