"Samantha"
The rest of the week went by too quickly. I was away from the company for two days, and work piled up, so I worked Saturday to make up for it and catch up.
It was strange, but I felt safer at the company than I did at home. So going to work on Saturday was something that relaxed me instead of stressing me out.
On Sunday, I woke up late, ordered food, and was crying my eyes out watching another romantic movie on TV when my cell phone rang. It was Vinícius.
"Woman, what's that crying voice?" he asked worriedly.
"I'm watching a movie, Vini. The girl is suffering a lot." He laughed on the other end of the line.
"Okay, okay, then drop it, do that magic trick with the makeup, and I'll do it in half an hour." Vinícius sounded relaxed.
"And where are we going, may I ask?" I asked, already turning off the TV. "I'll take you somewhere cool to have a drink and talk trash about other people's lives." His proposal was ridiculous and specific, as always.
