"Heitor"
After examining Samantha, Molina gave her some medicine to help her relax. According to him, she would sleep until the next day. I left the bedroom door open and Canela lay at the foot of the bed watching over her, and I went downstairs to talk to the others.
"How is she, son?" My mother ran to me.
"Very shaken, Mom. Álvaro gave her some medicine and she slept. He said she'll sleep until tomorrow," I replied, and my mother placed her hand on my face.
"And you, how are you?" Concern was in my mother's eyes.
"I can't tell you. I have a mix of feelings inside me, and none of them are good." I told the truth. I felt tired, exhausted, but I wanted to kill Reinaldo.
"Calm down, man, that bastard is in jail and he's not getting out of jail anytime soon." Flávio placed his hand on my shoulder. "Thank you, Flávio. If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have made it in time." I thanked him for being a lunatic and driving like he wanted to kill himself.
"Nothing to thank you for." He smiled.
