Dean didn’t waste any time speaking up.

“First, I’d like to thank you for coming all the way here just to lend a hand.”

“Without you, I would’ve been six feet under. I don’t know what would happen to my dear granddaughter, either.”

Harvey smiled.

“You’re overestimating me. The Cobb family’s problem can only be solved by the people in the same family. An outsider like me would only make things worse.”
