Clara took a quick shower to wash off the sweat that was barely left on her body. She didn't smell bad so it indicated that her body had been cleaned with hopefully and kept clean, that made her uncomfortable and the question of which one it had been came over her. She shook her head and dried herself by putting on the dress Ethan had given her. She was thankful that this one, though it had straps and came to her knees was of a thick fabric that fit her form perfectly. That reminded her that she had nothing inside those walls that belonged to her. Everything was in her parents' house.

With slow steps she left the bathroom to find the room alone as she peeked through the bathroom door. A sigh of relief washed over her. At least she didn't have to deal with the two of them at least for a few minutes, but she had the worst one waiting outside.

She walked towards the entrance of the mansion and the scent of her father that was flooding the room led her to a room where he was sitting on th
