Chapter 1829
Lilith said, "What else could it be! Someone she doesn't like has just arrived!" Although Elliot was her brother, she still disliked him. Ever since Elliot and Avery got divorced, Lilith had firmly chosen to stand by Avery's side.

Shea blushed awkwardly. "I'll go check up on Avery."

"Don't go," Wesley held her back. "Let Tammy do it."

Shea was in an awkward position. She was close to Elliot, and she did not understand the grudges Avery and Elliot had been holding against each other for all these years.

If she were to talk to Avery, it would not help one bit no matter how she tried.

"Mike, you go!" Tammy said to Mike. "I have something to ask Elliot."

Mike wanted to stay behind to see the scene unfold, but he also did not want Avery to sulk alone in her room, so he walked over to the three adorable children and took them to Avery's room.

With the children there, even if Avery was unhappy, she would not dare to show it on her face.

Nikki DrudgeWhen they have misunderstandings, talk about it together not with their friends. The friends are not good friends. Good friends would see Avery and Elliott are happy when together and depressed when not. They are also grumpy when not together. Her friends give bad advice.
Nikki DrudgeI don’t mind the book being long, but breaking Avery and Elliott up every time they have a misunderstanding is Ridiculous. We all read it for the 2 of them. I love when they do things together, take care of the kids together. There is so much more you can do with them.
Nikki DrudgeAvery told all her friends and his, then told them not to say anything. That was not fair at all. Elliott had no clue. So she stayed away for 2 years and blamed everything on him. They need to stop breaking up every time they argue. Commission is the key, talk it out.
Nikki DrudgeI agree. Avery should have talked to him about the phone call before she divorced him. She should know better, that he would have not gone if he heard her. Even if he went he would have called her or came back sooner. But if he knew, he would have sent Ben.
Nikki DrudgeHe know it was Avery. But Avery lied and said no. She needs to remember that. She let him believe he slept with Zoe. Avery should tell him the truth. Hayden knows Zoe slept with Cole, but never to Elliott. The baby was not Elliott’s why did that never get told back then. Elliott only loves Avery.
Nikki DrudgeBen and Chad of all people should know that the only girl has has ever loved was Avery. The other girls tried to use him. Doesn’t anyone know this? Elliott would not let any of them touch him. Avery should know this. Poor guy was tricked by Zoe making him believe he slept with her. It was Avery.

KellyThis was a scam from the first chapter. It was a good book at the beginning but the author has become greedy. The continued use of wrong names throughout the book are laughable. The repetitive chapters are fraud. Avery was a neurosurgeon and went back to school to get her doctorate!! Joke!

Julie McGinnis HarrisI agree with everyone else’s post. This is ridiculous for what we have paid. We should not have to have to pay any more for what we have paid. Especially since chapters are repeated, a lot of mistakes, and chapters are getting shorter. Get to the point and finish this book.
