"Ewan, what happened? Why are you here?" Ophelia asked softly.

"Master, I am here on a date with Rachel." Ewan was rather perplexed. He started to speak nonsense; he looked down and dared not look into Ophelia’s eyes.

"The Emei Sect's Sect Master just killed Darryl. He fell into the volcano; his body had vanished."

What?

Ophelia trembled when she heard that; she did not expect her heart to ache.

She considered Darryl as her disciple, so she could not accept that terrible news. She immediately asked, "Why did Emei Sect's Sect Master want to kill Darryl?"

Rachel couldn’t help interrupting their conversation. "Darryl killed Abbess Mother Serendipity, so Sect Master Hansen wanted to avenge her. That's the whole story."

Rachel continued speaking pretentiously. "Ewan and I wanted to help Darryl, but we were too weak. We don't have the ability to do that."

Ophelia sighed. She let out a long sigh and stared at the volcano crater blankly for a long while, but she did not say anything.
