Dax scratched his head and kept his silence.

Chester summoned a disciple of the Eternal Life Palace Sect by his side and ordered, “Go to the headquarters of the Five Poison Sect and check if there’s anything out of the ordinary. Remember to stay hidden!”

“Yes, Master!” answered the disciple as he sprinted towards the Five Poison Sect under the disguise of the night.

Everybody could feel their anxiety rising as they watched the disciple sprint out into the night. They felt as if something bad was about to happen.

Half an hour later, the disciple was back, he was panting and sweating profusely, “Master…”

“So? What did you see?” asked Chester.

At the same time, the gaze of everybody on the hill fell on the disciple, waiting for his observations.

He wiped some sweat from his brow and said, “Master, it’s good news! I saw Master Magaera

fighting the ancient poisonous centipede above the Five Poison Sect.”

“The whole Sect is under strict lockdown and I overheard somebody who said
