Angeline frowned at Darryl's anxious look; she was puzzled.

"What's wrong?"

Angeline muttered, "Why are you looking at me like that?"

'Darryl is kicking up a fuss just because I ate the fruit? Why is he so nervous?' Angeline thought.

She threw the pit away and went off to check out the other herbs. However, Angeline felt her body convulsed. Her body grew hot as if she had fallen into a volcano!

"I feel so hot!"

Angeline trembled, her face flushed, and she looked like she was in pain.
