Darryl scowled at the sight of Karen. He never liked her at all because she was arrogant and domineering, thinking that she was Zhang Jue’s apprentice.

He felt Karen’s aura was weak and she had been injured in the battle.

Darryl dodged Karen’s palm attack before it could reach him.

After the failed surprise attack, Karen stared at Darryl indignantly, her face flushed. "Darryl, you have colluded with the Raksasa Tribe! How dare you come back?"

After being poisoned, Karen hid when she noticed that the situation was no good. She did not come out to check on the situation until the poison in her body had diminished. She did not expect to encounter Darryl when she finally emerged from hiding.
