Felix was startled. Cordelia's reaction meant something serious had happened.

"Mom! What's wrong?" he asked.

It wasn't until he spoke that Cordelia seemed to realize her beloved Felix was awake.

Without a second thought, she rushed over to him. "Felix, you're awake? Are you feeling okay? When we found you, you were covered in blood from head to toe."

Felix wasn't concerned about himself.

"I'm fine, really. But what about you, Mom? What happened?"

His question seemed to snap her out of it.
