Madelyn had finished her meal, but Zach was still taking his sweet time, like he didn't care how long it took. But Madelyn wasn't going to stick around and wait for him.
She stood up, slung her bag over her shoulder, and left her seat without saying a word. But before she could even make it out of the restaurant, a bodyguard blocked her way. She couldn't leave without Zach with her.
