“Damn it! Enemies are attacking!” The guardian spirit quickly realized the danger. Ignoring Adrian and the others, it transformed into a beam of light and rushed out of the room.

Adrian and the others exchanged confused looks, sensing something was wrong. They hurried outside to find out what was happening.

Outside the skill depository, a vast number of daemon soldiers had gathered, forming a massive cloud that blotted out the sky and created immense pressure. Seeing this, everyone's spirits dropped.

Orson gasped, “There are so many daemon soldiers! Where did they come from? Why didn’t we notice them earlier?”

Adrian responded, “They must have arrived recently. It looks like the daemon lord's spies detected us pretty quickly.”

In the confusion, they suddenly found themselves outside the skill depository, beyond the protective barrier. The guardian spirit had activated the shield, expelling them.
