Under Eloise's strict training, Toughy and Cheery began their grueling regimen. They had to kill dark beasts before they could rest or eat. Of course, Eloise was secretly protecting the little critters.

Toughy and Cheery were a level one and level two dark beast, respectively. They faced many level-three dark beasts, and even level-four to level-six beasts were not uncommon.

Fortunately, most of the dark beasts were in a state of panic. Adrian's Fear had severely impaired their cognitive abilities, causing them to overlook the presence of the two tiny reapers among them.

Toughy and Cheery used their innate invisibility ability to weave through the chaos, constantly harassing and assassinating dark beasts. They even incited internal conflicts among the beasts. Higher-ranking and more intelligent dark beasts were particularly susceptible to this strategy.

When faced with attacks and unable to see the true enemy, the dark beasts would blame each other, leading to internal fighting.
