Adrian did not respond to Samantha, and instead said to Jenny, "How's my recovery going, Jen? Can I be discharged?"

"What? You want to be discharged?" Stunned, Jenny continued, "Are you kidding me, sir? You’ll need at least another hundred days before your bones and muscles are repaired. There’s no way I'm not letting you out of here,” she said sternly.

"But it’d be the same if I rested at home," Adrian replied.

"How is that the same? Here, you've got me, a professional nurse, taking care of you and tending to your wounds. You won't have me if you go home, let alone someone as professional as me," Jenny said with a smirk.

Adrian’s eyes twitched. "There's something really important I need to do, Jen. I can't stay here any longer."

Jenny became very displeased. "What could be more important than your own health? No means no. You're far from being allowed to be discharged by hospital standards."
