The next morning, when Yvonne headed down for breakfast, Stephen was nowhere to be found.

Jim got the house staff to have a look around, only to find out that Stephen wasn't in his room. He left a note on his desk.

The household staff handed the note to Yvonne and said, "Mr. Anderson took his luggage with him."

Yvonne was stunned. She looked at the note to see his beautiful handwriting. "Something came up. I'm going back first."

Jim went in closer. "Why did he leave without saying goodbye?"
