As he fell silent, so did the crowd. Then, he looked at the officer in the lead again. "Now, please let us leave. Don't worry, I'll be back in a while to see what you guys have found. After all, I was framed just this morning. I can't let that matter slide so easily."

Darius smiled mockingly. "Anyway, you guys still haven't given me a proper explanation for misjudging me. How could I possibly let this end here?"

He turned to Borisin. "Get going. Leave this place and head to mine. Remember not to let them catch you."

Borisin raised an eyebrow. He wanted to ask more questions but chose to be silent at the look on Darius' face. He didn't know what had happened and what was about to happen. All he knew was that he and Darius had to be on the same side.
